Biography

Ms. Durbin joined the Company in 2019 as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Previously, Ms. Durbin was a partner at the law firm of Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson, P.A. in Charlotte North Carolina, a firm with which she was associated since 2008.
