Biography

Mr. Culp has been employed by the Company since 1998 and has served in various capacities. The Board elected Mr. Culp as president of the Culp Home Fashions division in June 2004. Mr. Culp was named president and chief operating officer of in September 2018 and, effective January 1, 2020, he was named president and chief executive officer.
